This assembly machine consists of a DT180-14 indexing table, 10 stations and various functional components, including one set of dual-vision monitoring system, one set of servo tightening system, and eight sets of vibration trays feeding system.

The indexing table realizes process position change, and each functional component works synchronously and coordinately to complete each process automatically.
